Our Story

Our Founder and CEO, Chris Kwangwon Kim, immigrated to Queens, NY with his wife and two young daughters following the IMF Crisis in Korea in 1998. Starting from scratch, Chris drew upon his previous success in leading a housing construction company to build out a space for himself in the adjacent janitorial and building maintenance industry.

Kim’s Maintenance Services is proud to be a family-owned and operated business based in Flushing, New York. We center Respect, Trust, and principles of Language Justice as our guiding values for professional conduct. 

Each member of our professional managerial team is multilingual to allow for equal and efficient communications internally and with our clients. We consider our commitment to excellence and quality performance as a demonstration of utmost respect both for our clients and partners, as well as our staff.
